We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers / Carers to join Ramah Ker Services, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in supported living and home care settings.
As a Support Worker / Carer, you will empower individuals to live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety, well-being, and dignity. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we provide full training and ongoing development to help you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Personal Care & Support – Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration where required.
✅ Promoting Independence – Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities, hobbies, and community participation.
✅ Daily Living Assistance – Support with household tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
✅ Emotional & Social Support – Provide companionship and reassurance to enhance well-being.
✅ Health & Well-being – Monitor and report any changes in physical or mental health to relevant professionals.
✅ Safeguarding & Compliance – Follow all CQC regulations, safeguarding policies, and care plans to ensure safe and effective care.

Requirements:
✔ Experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided!
✔ A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature.
✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
✔ Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.
✔ Right to work in the UK.
✔ A UK driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not required.
