About the Company
Our client is a leading global executive search and advisory business. They have a network of offices and aggressive growth plans for 2025. As a business they specialise in Legal, Private Equity and Srategy Executive search. The legal team focusses on Partner, associate and In-house. They are currently looking for driven, ambitious consultants that can leverage there unique platform. They are currently mandated on 20+ Partner level hires for their clients and need high performing copnsultants to deliver alongside building their own desk.
About the Role
Your responsibilities as a Legal Executive Search consultant:
* Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
* Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
* Business development and existing client development
* Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching.
* managing full 360 process
Pay range, compensation package and benefits
* Basic salary £40,000 - £55,000 with on target earning of £100,000 + in first year
* Excellent comission structure

Training and support
They offer an exceptionally good training scheme for new graduates, with an outstanding opportunity to learn from highly experienced team. Our client has a number of consultants who bill in excess of £1 Million personal billing per year.
