Skeleton Crew, consistent underinvestment and poorly configured systems.
Sound familiar right?
What about high-tech applications for electric motors in motorsport, automotive and aerospace with a commitment to innovation, recent investment in software systems and a solid growth strategy with some big names!
Sound good?
What you’ll be doing:
As the business has gone through a period of investment they are doubling down on software and will need to make sense of production, scheduling, stock control and supply chain. To do this you’ll be working closely with Business Systems Lead and vendor partners to understand and map business processes, efficiently in their Sage 200 ERP System. This would include speaking with a variety of stakeholders and department managers to really get under the bonnet of how they do things.
You’ll be using Microsoft tools like Power BI and Power Automate to build in useful automations and some SQL to build or replicate reporting tools.
What you’ll need
Clearly, you’ll need some experience of working in implementing, configuring or managing Sage 200 for a production or manufacturing environment ideally with the manufacturing module, so any experience using Sage’s Sicon stuff would be great, but primarily using sage in a manufacturing environment for accounting, finance, supply chain, BOMs, WIPs, stock, order processing, that sort of thing.
You’ll have probably worked in ERP, IT Management or Business Analysis roles or something similar, comfortable with Microsoft tools and SQL
Bonus points for any experience in:
Any experience working across high value low volume engineering and manufacturing would be great, but it is in no way essential,
