Eye4 Recruitment are working with a reputable family business based in Woking, we are looking to recruit for an Accounts/Admin position to join a dynamic team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with the running of all aspects of our accounts including accounts payable and receivable Processing and setting up new account customers and suppliers on to our system Reconciling daily accounts and payments Assist in maintaining compliance with policies and statutory regulations and help prepare documents for year-end accounts Manage office tasks such as sorting mail, scanning, filing (both electronic and physical) Act as a first point of contact for customer and supplier support, assisting with account enquiries by telephone, email and occasionally in person Assist in the production of marketing material Maintain Health & Safety to HSE & Company Standards KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Previous experience in an office administration role Good communication and interpersonal skills Analytical approach to problem solving and an ability to resolve them effectively Good organisation skills – an ability to plan and prioritise workloads Good numerical skills and a strong comfort with numbers and data accuracy HOURS & BENEFITS: Working Monday – Friday, 9 – 5pm Company pension Free parking
