We are looking for an Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. You will be proactive, adaptable and demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. In addition to this, you will be able to process fluctuating volumes of work whilst always remaining focussed. Cycle to Work Scheme, employee retail discount scheme and free eye test vouchers About You Possess an assured and professional manner with strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Able to handle telephone calls proficiently, communicating at all levels Enjoy using your own initiative to solve logistical / contractual problems A self-motivated, flexible, and effective team player Your Role As an Administrator your role will involve: Delivering a first-class service to suppliers and customers Entering a high volume of data and review accurately and efficiently Reviewing and actively chasing missing information to ensure payments are made and received within contractual terms Resolving both internal and external queries within 72 hours of receipt Processing payment runs and Telegraphic Transfers, including foreign currency payments accurately and within the specified time schedules Ensuring payment authorisation procedures are adhered to Preparing admin invoices and distributing for general ledger coding General ledger coding of invoices General duties as part of the Customer Finance and Administration team.
