2 year apprenticeship - Up to £15,912 per annum, depending on age and experience

What we are looking for:
An enthusiastic apprentice who will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of an experienced mentor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs and maintenance service, whilst working to achieve a number of skills and qualifications.
Accountabilities:
* Receiving inbound calls from customers/service users
* Sending and responding to email communication
* Logging and investigating repairs
* Completing assignments – apprenticeship (2 hours a day provided towards working on assignments)
* These assignments will be customer service based and will often, where possible, relate to the work they are currently doing within their job role.

What you need to have:
* Functional skills in both Math and English
* The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks
* The ability to understand and interpret work instructions
* Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships
