Geo Green Power are a leading renewable energy company that specialise in Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and low-carbon heat pump installations. We are seeking a driven Business Development Assistant to contribute to the growth of our renewable energy sales team.
Role and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can arrange appointments and increase interest in the renewable energy sector. As a Business Development Assistant they will be responsible for contacting potential customers, via cold calling and lead generated enquiries, arranging appointments for our team of surveyors and assisting in the day-to-day organisation of the surveyors diaries and the sales department.
The employee’s roles and responsibilities will include:
* Outbound calling/inbound lead calling – data driven
* Maintain and update of CRM System
* Assist in diary management of surveyor’s diaries
* Schedule calls and surveys from outbound calls
Key requirements (qualifications and skills):
* Self-motivated
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Enthusiastic, disciplined and well organised
* This permanent position is well suited to an individual who may already have extensive knowledge of a sales environment and is looking to join a growing business and be a key part of our team. We would consider candidates with sales experience in different industries.
Qualifications:
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: 2-5 years (required)
