Job Description
We are looking to increase our team of highly motivated Assistant Craftperson, to work as a valued member of our Asset Management team.
You will work as part of a team to repair and refurbish our commercial properties.
You will be required to work flexibly to support site management and officers of the council, to support the efficient service delivery to both internal and external customers.
You should be an experienced team member who is able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative and with minimal support and guidance.
The post involves working to tight deadlines, so the candidate must have good time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to confidently communicate with both internal and external customers.
You will be expected to work both indoor and outdoors and work at heights while carrying out specific work relevant to your trade and you must be a time-served tradesperson and have documents to support your application.
