In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of timber supplies products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a timber or builder’s merchant environment is essential.
Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
Taking a proactive approach to building product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.
Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 50 + customers.
Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers.
Sound building supplies knowledge is required.
Previous sales experience in a timber or builder’s merchant environment is a necessity.
A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
