If you’re ready to make a real impact in a company where your expertise will shine, Tecna UK is the place for you Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements. Review and shortlist job applicants. Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually. Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews. HR Documentation Management: Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters. Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed. General HR Support: Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within Tecna UK. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail. Working Hours & Environment: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 to 4 days a week based in our office. Core working hours are between 9:30 am – 2 pm, with additional hours to be completed from home. Flexibility with hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week. Benefits: Competitive pro-rata salary.
