The Role: As an Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing and growing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales opportunities. Working cross-functionally, you will be a vital link between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with clients, strengthen partnerships, and address any concerns to resolve conflicts effectively. Develop and deliver sales presentations specially tailored to client needs. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring both client and internal teams adhere to critical deadlines. Monitor your own clients budgets and manage stock levels. Negotiate and draft contracts for new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing relationships. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential innovations to maintain a competitive edge. The Person: Our ideal candidate is a proactive and driven professional with strong project management skills and a talent for nurturing client relationships. Excellent communication, a strategic mindset, and an understanding of a manufacturing setting would be advantageous.
