NURSERY MANAGER
Location: Tops Corfe Mullen, Wimborne, Dorset
Salary: £30.000 to £35.000 per year
Additional uncapped bonus
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week / Full-time- compressed working and flexible working.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Nursery Manager, you’ll help create a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care. You’ll supervise children, ensure their safety, and organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks. While some days might be challenging, you’ll also laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories with our children during one of the most important development stages of their lives!
Tops Corfe Mullen Nursery, an 86-place Day Nursery & Pre-School on Blandford Road, offers a variety of extra-curricular activities such as Tops Forest School, cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, and meditation.

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a motivated leader who loves working with children and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
9. A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (minimum).
10. A passion for creating safe, educational, and engaging spaces for children.
11. The ability to lead with positivity and enthusiasm, inspiring your team every day.
12. An in-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
13. Strong communication skills to engage with staff, parents, and children alike.
14. A knack for managing a diverse workload, balancing priorities, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
15. A strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance and risk assessments are carried out effectively.
