We are recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You will be undertaking high quality occupational health assessments and offering expert occupational health advice.
You will support colleagues within the team to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence. Involvement in the review of procedures that enable improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer service and support the growth of occupational health and wellbeing services.
You will have involvement in training and development on health and wellbeing issues.

Use of specialist knowledge to undertake high quality occupational health assessments in face-to-face clinics, by video and telephone.
To undertake assessments autonomously seeking support and guidance where appropriate in relation to complex issues.
Maintain confidential, clear, accurate, electronic records of consultations in accordance with national and local guidelines and legislation.
Safeguard confidentiality in accordance with legislation and guidelines.
Provision of clear, impartial occupational health advice to managers and employees in written reports, on a telephone advice line and in case review meetings. Advice may include fitness for a new role, workplace adjustments, redeployment, approaches to prevent sickness absence, rehabilitation and return to work planning, suitable actions following a sharps incident or other workplace injury, health surveillance, reducing risk of injury or occupational disease, and suitability for ill health retirement.
Plan and deliver training and coaching in promoting health and wellbeing, preventing, and reducing sickness absence.
