We’re seeking a People Systems & Reward Analyst to join our People Team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This flexible role allows you to work primarily from home, with just one or two days a week in the office, but if you prefer to spend more time in the office, that’s perfectly fine too. As the People Systems & Reward Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the Reward and People Systems teams to provide essential data, analytical, and system support. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering key activities and projects, such as pay reviews and benefit enrolment cycles. You’ll be responsible for the support of ongoing maintenance and data integrity of all Workday modules, including collating multiple reports to provide monthly and annual benefits data submissions. Core skills we’re looking for to succeed in the role: System Administration and Management. You’ll be proficient in using and managing HR systems, experience of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation modules would be highly advantageous. Advanced Analytical and Excel Proficiency. You’ll need excellent analytical skills, along with strong data handling, numerical abilities, literacy, and advanced proficiency in Excel. Data Analysis and Troubleshooting. You’ll enjoy analysing, troubleshooting, and integrating various data sets effectively. Employee Benefits/Reward Administration. Experience of supporting employee benefits/reward programs would be advantageous but is not essential. Together What’s involved: Reward Team You’ll provide support for the annual pay review and bonus cycle including data checking, setting up the Workday Advanced Compensation module, auditing, troubleshooting and managing system queries from HR and managers. You’ll collate all data required to create the annual and quarterly gender pay gap reporting and assist the Senior Reward Analyst with regular equal pay audits and analysis. You’ll lead Colleague benefits data provision across all entities, collating, validating and submitting monthly and annual benefits data as required by the providers. You’ll manage day-to-day benefits module administration, proactively handling related colleague queries and working to continuously improve usage and functionality of the module. You’ll assist the Senior Reward Analyst to set up and run the new annual open enrolment processes within Workday, working with the broader pillar to engage and communicate the process to HR and employees. You’ll assist with the implementation of new benefits system projects aligned with the Reward strategy. Systems Team You’ll support with the key administration changes within Workday, ensuring key system control and integrity is maintained and protected. You’ll support in the design and production of new Workday reports, Business Processes, and Integrations. You’ll support the People Systems Specialist in implementing, testing and delivering the People Pillar tickets, responding to 1st line queries and providing support with other ad-hoc duties including configuration of the system and Workday projects. You’ll assist in maintaining the HR system with regular reviews and audits, providing timely feedback and updates to the People Systems Specialist. You’ll comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times. You’ll ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times. Experience & knowledge Essential Demonstrable data analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot and combine different sets of data. Experienced user and administrator of systems, ideally with a working knowledge of Workday Core HCM / Benefits/ Advanced Compensation modules. Experience using HR systems. Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications. Desirable experience but training will be provided Experience of administering employee benefits, including provision of data for insurances and annual renewals. Experience of administration for pay review and bonus cycles, preferably within Workday. Previous experience of Workday would be desirable.
