It is an exciting time to join our growing National Engagement Team, part of a wider Engagement Directorate.
We are recruiting to two Programme Head’s for Engagement, covering the following programmes of activity:
Integration and Skills
Working in partnership with Skills for Care Leads and subject matter experts, you will set and implement a vision for our role in integrated care systems (ICSs) and the local skills agenda. You will design, develop, deliver and maintain multiple evidence based engagement initiatives, with a focus on Skills for Care’s ability at local, regional and national levels, to effect change across the integration and skills agendas. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to translate organisational vision and objectives to develop strategies for stakeholder and employer engagement, driving Skills for Care’s position in terms of efficiency, reach, coherency and impact.
Care Workforce Pathway
As Programme Head for Engagement (Care Workforce Pathway), you will be responsible for working in partnership with Skills for Care Leads and subject matter experts, leading the definition, design, development and delivery of a whole programme of engagement and direct interventions supporting the implementation of the Care Workforce Pathway (CWP). You will maintain evidence-based initiatives to support the next cohort of “early adopters” (i.e. adult social care (ASC) employers) testing the tools developed with earlier cohorts.
