Your New Company You will be working for a global financial services firm in Henley. This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH Your new role You will be working as a Temporary HR Advisor for an initial 6 month period however there is potential for this role to extend. Some Duties Will Include To be the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers. Providing support related to employee matters and associated policies, processes, systems management etc. Manage employee relations (including performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc.) in conjunction with line management. Conduct more complex employee meetings such as non-routine parental leave preparation meetings and exit interviews Work in partnership with the HRBPs on matters such as redundancies and department restructuring. Identify, recommend and document opportunities for policy and process improvement Analyse employee surveys and other feedback methods to identify work environment and improvement opportunities Assist hiring managers through the hiring requisition and approval processes Process, review an approve business processes in Workday and Servicenow What You'll Need To Succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a generalist HR role where you will have taken a lead on complex ER cases. You will have previous experience in a global matrixes environment. What You'll Get In Return In return, you will receive a daily rate of £300 per day.
