We’re looking for aPractitioner Psychologist. This is a fantastic opportunity tosupport the developing clinical service and to work closely withthe Lead Clinician to develop the clinical provision in line withneurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeuticsupport.

About the role
Weare excited to be expanding our clinical service during a time ofgrowth for the service. We currently have an opportunity fora Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. The postholder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment andintervention plans for our pupils. This is an excellent opportunityto join the team as they expand their clinical provision, making areal difference and implementing a holistic, therapeuticapproach.
You will be responsible for holding acaseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of ourwell-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will alsocontribute to staff training, consultation, and reflectivepractice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this positionwould suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with atherapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well asmanage their own workload.

EssentialCriteria:
* Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical,Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
* Registered with the HCPC and own professionalbody.
* Experience of workingwith people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism withadditional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs,behaviours of concern).
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range ofkey partners.
* Able to worksensitively with people and resolve conflicteffectively.
* Evidence ofcontinuing professional development relevant to thesetting.
* Substantial andrelevant post-qualification experience withadults.
* Experience oflecturing/teaching/training.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to ownvehicle required
* Skills inthe management of data are also important as the role includescollecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of servicedelivery, development and project work.
