Qualifications
Essential
20. Registered Nurse (RN): Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
21. Training: Relevant qualifications in areas such as chronic disease management (, diabetes, asthma), cervical cytology, immunizations, and wound care.
22. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and the healthcare team.
23. IT Proficiency: Competent in using healthcare software and electronic patient records.
24. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
25. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the varying needs of the practice and its patients.
