About The Role
The primary responsibilities of the Delivery support team are as follows:
1. Order placement with 3rd Party suppliers, and other Claranet internal teams, including but not limited to Telco's, hardware, software, and other services providers.
2. Supporting Delivery coordinators and Project managers in delivering customer services.
3. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Wider PMO function.
Objectives and Key Results
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Ordering
1. Support the Project Office key KPI of delivery on time by placing orders for our Managed Service Customers with 3rd party suppliers and ensuring quality and timely hand-over to the Project Coordinators / Project Managers.
2. Answer/reply to incoming calls/ticket queue in a professional and efficient manner, liaising with suppliers to arrange the ordering of 3rd party services.
3. Point of escalation for the Project Office and other internal departments for queries relating to ordering and cancellations.
Project Office Support
1. Support Project Managers and Project Coordinators with planning large solution rollouts.
2. Validation of data to ensure services can be ordered and delivered on time.
3. Dealing with customer questions and queries via telephone, email, and tickets.

4. Proven written and oral communication skills including excellent telephone skills.
5. Ability to work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with staff at all levels of seniority both internally and customer-facing, with the ability to form strong working relationships.
7. Substantial experience of providing high-level project administrative support or administrative support in an IT services environment.
8. The ability to work without close supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Desirable
1. ITIL v3 and Project Management knowledge.
2. Demonstrable commercial understanding/acumen.
3. Educated to NVQ level 4, degree/HND, or equivalent qualification/experience.
