Job Description
* Lead and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
* Track project milestones and deliver regular progress reports
* Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs efficiently
* Implement project success measures and conduct project evaluations
* Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders
* Ensure adherence to the company's standards and project management methodology
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Project Manager should have:
* Proven experience in project management within the property industry
* Expertise in project management software and tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* An innate ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
