As a Safeguarding Adults Social Worker, your primary responsibility is to protect and promote the welfare of vulnerable adults at risk of abuse or neglect. You will conduct assessments, plan and coordinate interventions, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of adults within the community.
