Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
Hours: 40 hours per week WFH - permanent
Salary: circa £35.000
Location: Remote working with occasional office days at different locations
Our award-winning client has over 25 years’ experience in the care industry, with nearly 240 care homes and six independent hospitals. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join their recruitment division. This is an autonomous role where you will ensure that all recruitment activities evolve and are documented appropriately. You will champion the use of technology to streamline processes, as well as develop strong links with other departments in order to ensure all recruitment-related projects and tasks are executed effectively. You will also take ownership of supporting homes and the recruitment team with the promotion of localized events, printed collateral and promotional items to generate enquiries and support with the delivery of recruitment-specific offline marketing.
Required experience:
• Experience in recruitment marketing
• Experience working across multiple departments, ideally within a large company
• Experience mapping processes and conveying to project teams
• Ability to demonstrate innovative approaches to recruitment strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Role and responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of process maps for recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ensure the candidate and employee experience journey is embedded into new systems and processes•
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure internal candidates have a clear application journey
• Ensure recruitment toolkits are relevant and meet the needs of the business
• Develop frameworks to provide assessments at recruitment stage to establish competence in a range of key areas
• Manage recruitment marketing requests, including bespoke artwork requests for events and managing marketing trackers,
• Provide ad hoc support to the Marketing team as required
• Support the delivery of offline local marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including press advertising and radio
• Develop and map accurate project plans for recruitment projects
• Collaborate with recruitment managers to ensure recruitment project milestones are met, recorded accurately, and reviewed with all relevant stakeholders
This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel for meetings.
