About the role… The Procurement Administrator will be part of a small Procurement Operations team responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent procurement transactions and operational activities. The team will administer the procurement of street furniture, bus shelters, digital assets and associated components, as well as supporting Indirect procurement in the upkeep of databases, contract roll out, and maintenance of system data. What the role entails… Administering the supplier onboarding processes Building great relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and how procurement can support these early on - and with our suppliers to negotiate and improve lead times Helping with internal and external queries and information requests Completing a range of transactional activity including Creating product purchasing data and maintaining accurate system data Creating and loading of Bills of Materials for purchasing. Part code creation. System parts pricing and lead time updates. Raising and issuing Purchase Orders. Loading new contracts and renewals onto the contracts database. Resolving any discrepancies with goods delivery.
