Job Description
The role is a 12-month Maternity cover and will be responsible for the development and delivery of content, photography, collateral, and organic social activity to drive meaningful commercial performance across the Hotel division whilst enhancing the reputation of the Company externally.

Role in our Family
* Effectively manage all social media channels
* Drive organic traffic to website via social media
* Increase online share of voice
* Maintain brand awareness, sensitivity and tone of voice throughout all collateral
* Develop and manage a social media calendar, create content that engages audiences, and implement campaigns across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Design and produce both digital and print content such as menus, signage, brochures and in-room communications to ensure a cohesive brand voice is maintained across all materials.
* Work with external agencies (paid content creators, photographers and graphic designers) to ensure content and campaigns align with brand goals, timelines, and quality standards.
* Generate creative and innovative ideas and execute them effectively across multiple marketing channels.
* Work closely with junior team members, delegating tasks where appropriate and providing guidance to foster a productive and collaborative environment.
* Organise and lead large-scale, multi-faceted photo and video shoots, ensuring a seamless coordination from conceptualisation to final deliverables.
* Apply commercial thinking to social media strategies and marketing campaigns to drive tangible results.
* Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders (Hotel General Managers, Hotel Leadership Team, and Heads of Departments) and external stakeholders (content creators and agencies) to ensure marketing strategies are aligned and well communicated.
* Use analytics to track and assess the success of social media campaigns. Make informed decisions to optimise strategy and adjust tactics based on business needs and data insights.
* Be adaptable and agile, responding quickly to changes in business requirements or external market conditions while ensuring that marketing initiatives remain on track.
Person Specifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* Experience in social media management, content creation and brand marketing, preferably with the hospitality industry.
* Experience working and managing relationships with external agencies.
* Mid-level design skills, with the ability to confidently create both digital and print content (including menus, signage, in-room communications and brochures).
* Strong project management skills, with experience in organising and delivering large-scale video and photo shoots.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships across departments and external partners.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects on time.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently, managing priorities and being proactive in driving initiatives.
* Strong attention to detail and experience in delivering high quality and professional marketing developed both internally and through the use of agency resources.
* Comfortable attending meetings, presenting marketing plans and discussing strategies with senior leadership.
