What you'll be doing
1. Working within the following 3 areas – power, radio & electronics to create a fluid, monthly plan of work in line with demand owners forecasts and capacity within the field. Making use of effective reports and systems to undertake RCA and Jeopardy management.
2. Proactively raise awareness of mis-balance in demand to forecast and agree corrective action with relevant stakeholders.
3. Identify performance concerns and work with team and/or alone to undertake structured problem solving to continuously improve Plan performance and accuracy.
4. Ensure all tasks (including backlog) in the plans are correctly dated. Undertake task dependency analysis and progressing tasks to a fluid status in line with plan delivery and customer expectation.
5. Review requests for tasks from field to ensure they are relevant, have appropriate forecasts associated before creating and adding into plans.
6. Building collaborative relationships and keeping key stakeholders and customer informed to ensure plan accuracy and priorities are met.
7. Ensuring that mandatory Power compliance routines are delivered by their target dates by using various power reports.
8. Working closely with power policy teams and PIRM administrator to ensure power routines progress into the monthly plans.
9. Track programme dependencies and delivery, using physical trackers & systems to manage the fluidity of work in line with customer expectation, field supply & Forecast. Engaging both field and support teams to drive programme success.
10. Responsible for scheduling rigging work (inc backlog) for a region, ensuring riggers have fully fluid jobs and all dependencies have been arranged.
11. Work closing with Rigging manager and field team to resolve issues and deliver the Radio plan of work.
What you'll bring
12. Be conversant with the latest Microsoft packages.
13. Experience in being able to provide insight and analysis utilising different data sources.
14. Understanding of Technology systems and how they link together including engaging with ASG teams to proactively rectify issues before/as they arise. (fos / swdt / wfmt / field schedule).
15. The ability to actively participate in the development and implementation of best practice solutions that enables continuous improvement.
16. To be able to confidently participate and facilitate both virtual and face to face meetings.
17. Working with internal and external partners to deliver to quality and on time expectation.
18. The ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
