Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manages our Body shop team in every step maximizing the repair process for our customers. Develops a business plan and strategy for our market leveraging our dealership’s strength (Service, Parts, Body, and Trailers & Sales) that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
* Ability to supervise all body shop activities and manage quality, production, gross profit and expense, customer satisfaction, employee relations, training, and insurance company interface.
* Thorough understanding of production and cycle time.
* Develops new and strengthens our existing customer relationships. As a primary point of contact for our dealership’s key Fleet customers.
* Maximizing the flow of repair orders within the Body Shop department and effectively working closely with our parts department to ensure timely and efficient results.
* Communicate across all departments our customer opportunities and will provide solutions. This forum will include monthly management and department meetings.
* As our fleet customers’ needs evolve and opportunities develop, this role will coordinate communications with our management team.
* Leading by example and embracing our Elite Support principles and our Company’s commitment to Safety.
* Reporting to the General Manager regarding progress on issues that are identified, pending or resolved.
* Ensuring that our dealership’s Technicians are properly trained and that necessary certifications are maintained and updated appropriately.
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
* While the above outlines the position, additional duties may and will be assigned as needed in support of our Company.
