Job Purpose:
·To ensure the on time and accurate launch of products that deliver high quality, safety and efficiency for our customers, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
·Adhere to Freshcut Foods Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
·Adhere to Freshcut Foods Food Safety and GMP policies and procedures at all times
·Organisation of trials with the cross functions ensuring that all information is collated and actions taken to ensure products are launched to our customer expectations
·The maintenance and creation of supporting documentation to provide the tools required to the key stakeholders that enable successful NPD/EPD launches
·Collection of data relating to quality and safety in the form of trial reports, QAS’s etc
·Responsible for projects end to end that deliver NPD, EPD and CI activities
·Support our customers and customer facing teams to ensure adequate and accurate information is shared. This includes the facilitation of customer visits with the commercial and technical teams
·Responsible for the communication of process development activities both internally and externally
·Working collaboratively with cross functions to achieve right first time launches that delight our customers and identify improvements in current processes
·Support meetings that relate to the concept to launch activities and have accountability for the completion of actions that relate to projects contained within the concept to launch process
·Reasonable requests to carry out other duties that may be required to fulfill the businesses strategic and operational effectiveness.
· Confident and competent communicator at all levels
· Proactive in approach to problem solving
· HACCP Level 2
· Food Safety Level 2
· HND or Degree qualified in a Science based discipline or similar
· Experience of working in a similar role within a similar category (Process/Technical/NPD)
· Proven understanding of concept to launch process
