Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will:
* Assist in the assembly and finishing of moulded parts to ensure outstanding quality.
* Prepare mouldings and bond boats in alignment with the production schedule.
* Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, and flow coating for bonded boats.
* Participate in sub-assembly production and offer training to new team members as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to strict Health & Safety policies.
Qualifications & Experience
* A solid educational background, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role or a qualification like an Engineering BTEC Level.
* Proficiency in using workshop power and hand tools.
* A practical mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
