About the Role As a Psychology Teacher with TLR, your responsibilities will include: Teaching Psychology at Key Stages 4 and 5 Leading and developing aspects of the Psychology curriculum Supporting the professional development of colleagues within the department Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students Assessing student progress, setting targets, and providing constructive feedback Collaborating with colleagues to enhance learning experiences and maintain high standards Taking on additional leadership responsibilities to support the growth of the Psychology department Experience and Qualifications Degree in Psychology or a related field QTS or PGCE Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 Previous leadership experience or a desire to take on additional responsibilities Salary The salary for this Psychology Teacher position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS) plus TLR.
