Job summary Ambrose Avenue Group Practice is seeking to recruit a clinical pharmacist to join our supportive clinical team in general practice. This is a permanent position, and we welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. Desired working hours can be discussed during the interview. As a pharmacist, you will have significant autonomy within your professional boundaries.You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside fellow pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. In this patient-facing role, you will clinically assess and treat patients using your expert knowledge of medications related to specific disease areas. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential support to the GPs and the repeat prescribing team in all matters related to medicine management, implementing effective medication management practices within the practice, and identifying areas for improvement.
