Our small, professional, innovative and customer-focused team needs another member!
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our busy lettings department, based in central Exeter. The role will be temporary initially, although there is potential to become permanent. Excellent organisation and customer service skills are required, as well as lettings/property management experience. The varied role will involve all aspects of lettings and property management processes.
The role is full-time, although part-time will be considered. Some Saturday working will be required.
Responsibilities:
1. Registering lettings candidates and new landlords
2. Preparing documentation and managing workflow
3. Using our lettings management software to manage tenancies and finances
4. Arranging and conducting viewings
5. Preparing property inventories
6. Arranging and conducting property inspections
7. Liaising with contractors and arranging maintenance
A full UK driving licence will be required, and the following skills/experience are also desirable:
1. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
2. Experience using lettings management software
3. 1+ years lettings/related experience
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
