Job summary This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant to support the care team in delivering high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff at Avery Healthcare's Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are amended. You will also be involved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
