Job Title HR Advisor
You will be working as part of a small HR Team providing support across the whole employee lifecycle for our teammates across the business in manufacturing, logistics and all head office functions. We’re looking for an individual with a genuine desire to seek improvements in the way we do things with the potential to grow and develop in this fast paced business.
The Role
Take the lead on driving a positive new starter experience from initial onboarding to the end of the probationary period, leading induction training, embedding brand values and company culture.
1. Respond to general queries promptly, providing HR advice, guidance and coaching to teammates in adherence to company policy, employment legislation and best practices.
2. Support line managers with people management issues; attendance and performance, probationary period and performance plan maintenance, recommending appropriate actions and ensuring these are carried out.
3. Share feedback and coaching to line managers to improve.
4. Assisting in disciplinary matters and providing guidance to managers.
5. Monitoring teammate attendance, and managing holiday and absence records.
