£30,917 + 20% shift allowance on nights, 40.25 hours, 4 on 4 off rotating between nights (20:00-08:00) & days (08:00-20:00), Candidates must be flexible.

Right now, we are looking for a Workflow Coordinator to join our Warehouse Team at our Fulfilment Centre in Stafford.
The Role
The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for supporting the allocation of work in the most efficient manner throughout the Stafford Fulfilment Centre. As a key role to workflow, the coordinator will identify trends in historic and current data to inform new and effective ways of managing workflow, taking ownership, and contributing to the overall success of the Stafford Fulfilment Centre service delivery and targets.
We will be providing full training for the WMS system for both E-comm and Retail as we would like a flexible team that can cover both areas eventually.
Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Site Shift Manager responsible for supporting the allocation of work in the most efficient manner throughout the Distribution Centre (Both Retail & Ecom)
* Cluster, prioritise and allocate work tasks through the JDA Task Management System.
* Monitor workflows (put away, replenishment, picking, sortation and loading tasks) to support all operational areas are successfully achieving KPI’s.
* Consult with Site Shift Managers to allocate appropriate resource to fulfil work volume.
* Ensure orders are systemically fully processed to the point of shipping in line with the despatch schedule.
* Monitor workflows within JDA Task Management System and communicate with Site Shift Managers to ensure that areas of priority are being adhered to.
* Adopt an analytical approach towards historic and current operational performance to make recommendations of future resource requirements to the Site Shift Managers.
* Consulting with FLMs to gather information on operational progress to identify any potential operational challenges.
* Identify and escalate any operational risks to the Site Shift Manager.
* Report any short allocations to stock control for further investigation.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and added value whilst key service levels are not affected.
* Complete daily and weekly operational reports, handovers, and key performance indicators (KPI) management.
* Responsible for developing a collaborative relationship with internal teams to ensure that communication within the operation is consistent and effective.
* Will act upon and follow up any other reasonable requests as identified by senior management.
* Control the manual promotional schedules, ensuring JDA is updated accordingly with correct load identification.
What you will bring
* Knowledge and experience of mechanical handling equipment, relevant warehouse management systems and an appreciation of transport management systems.
* Knowledge and experience of service level agreements (SLA’s) and KPI’s.
* Knowledge and experience of resource planning and work allocation.
* A focused and analytical approach to tasks.
* Excellent communication.
* Strong attention to detail and data analysis.
* Creative and resourceful under pressure.
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
* A high degree of flexibility along with strong work ethic.
* Ideally be educated to GCSE grade A-C standard (or equivalent).
* Advanced IT skills – including Microsoft Excel.
