We’re seeking a Senior Product Technologist to help us establish and lead an exciting new confectionery division specializing in jellies, marshmallows, and soft candy.

Your Mission
As Senior Product Technologist, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and developing our confectionery portfolio. From concept to launch, you’ll lead the entire product development process, ensuring each product meets high standards of quality, innovation, and consumer appeal.
What You’ll Do:
* Build from Scratch: Establish the foundations of the confectionery division, including developing new recipes, processes, and specifications.
* Drive Innovation: Conduct consumer benchmarking, generate creative product concepts, and craft detailed product briefs.
* Manage Projects: Lead medium-complexity projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, budget-friendly product launches.
* Provide Technical Expertise: Conduct trials, oversee stability studies, and ensure a seamless transition from R&D to production.
* Enhance Quality: Collaborate with Quality Control to analyze and approve samples, solve production challenges, and continuously improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product development, ideally within the confectionery or related categories (e.g., biscuits, wafers, marshmallows, jellies).
* Skills:
* Strong knowledge of food technology, flavor chemistry, and GMPs.
* Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
* Exceptional communication and project management skills.
