We have a unique opportunity for an Open Minds Project Coordinator to join Northpoint, on a Part time 28 hours a week basis. Working across either 4 or 5 days a week. This role will involve working across Calderdale to facilitate collaboration between the Calderdale Cares Partnership NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and Open Minds partner organisations regarding the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health support for children, young people, and their families in Calderdale. What you will be doing as our Open Minds Project Coordinator: The purpose of the post is to execute programme management for the Open Minds mental health partnership. Coming from a background in contracting or project management, you will drive forward the development of lead provider arrangements and service expansion in line with the Open Minds Partnership purpose, goals and values. In addition to working from Northpoint Calderdale office, this post will be based within the Calderdale Cares Partnership office (Westgate in Halifax town centre) one day per week to establish and maintain key relationships and reporting channels. What are we looking for in our ideal Open Minds Project Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent training is desirable Experience working within a multi-agency framework, collaborating with various organizations to deliver integrated services Demonstrated ability to manage a programme with multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Proven experience in programme and project management within the health, local government, or voluntary sectors Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated knowledge of risk management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to plan, track, and manage project progress Ability to use Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization) and database systems for monitoring performance and reporting outcomes Familiarity with NHS or CAMHS-related patient record systems such as SystmOne, IAPTUS, EMIS, or MOSAIC to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with data protection policies Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in service delivery and the workplace If you have the skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for, and are passionate about making a difference, please click ‘Apply’ to be considered for our Open Minds Project Coordinator.
