We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Finisher / Fettler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in metal finishing, grinding, and deburring, who is looking to join a supportive and growing team with long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fettling, grinding, and deburring metal components to a high standard
* Using hand tools, grinders, and air tools to smooth and finish metal parts
* Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Working from technical drawings and instructions
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Assisting other areas of production when required
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience as a fettler, grinder, or metal finisher is essential
2. Confident in using hand tools, angle grinders, and other finishing equipment
