Job Description:
Complex care position – Norwich
We are looking for FEMALE ONLY Support Workers to work within a family setting. Experience not essential.
You will be working 2 - 1 with the client, who has complex care needs. You will promote independence, safety, and wellbeing.
We are looking for females only, and due to location, drivers only.
You must have excellent communication skills, record documentation accurately, think on your feet, and follow policies and procedures.
Confidentiality is vital in this package as this is working within a client’s home.
Must have lived in the UK for the last six months.

About The Role
In return we will offer you:
1. Working in a friendly environment.
2. Full training provided on induction and throughout your career with us.
3. Advise, support on undertaking the planning, preparation, cooking, and serving of meals.
4. Support on undertaking household duties if required.
5. Administer medication as per a Care Plan and MAR chart. (Full training given)
6. Very competitive hourly rates from £13.50 per hour up to £15.75.
7. 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
8. Free DBS, uniform, and PPE all provided.
9. Office is in Norwich city centre, with an open-door policy.
10. On-call support available 7 days a week, 360 days of the year!

Please note this position requires every other weekend availability.
