Our client who provides removals and storage solutions is currently looking to appoint an experienced Removals Business Development Executive for their Hertfordshire branch.
Removals Business Development Executive duties include:
1. Proactively contact all allocated sales leads within the timelines set
2. Respond professionally to incoming enquiries (from Live Chat / Web or phone)
3. Input all activities including calls/appointments and tasks into the company's CRM system
4. Clarify the customers buying criteria and requirements
5. Where appropriate, price bounce to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget
6. Introduce affiliate services where appropriate.
7. Where requested to do so, follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records in the company's CRM system.
8. Assist in general administrative duties when required
9. To accompany consultants and attend events when appropriate
10. KPI focusing on opportunities, information capture and weekly monthly sales activities
We're keen to speak to people with at least two years' experience from within the removals industry, who has commercial awareness and good negotiating/influencing skills. Being a confident communicator with strong networking skills is vital. You should be PC proficient, particularly with Word and Excel and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
In return, the successful Removals Business Development Executive will be offered up to £30,000, in line with experience.
