Belmont Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced criminal justice recovery workers to work for a private charity in the West Midlands with knowledge in substance misuse, specifically opiates. The role will consist of predominantly working with court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment clients, as well as any clients who have been directly referred from criminal justice partners, such as prison or probation.
The day-to-day role will include managing a caseload, carrying out both personalized and risk assessments, triages, 1-1 work, and group work. This role will also require multidisciplinary collaboration with probation officers, prison staff, police, and court staff, as well as working alongside clinical teams both in-house and externally.
Hours: Full Time (37.5h)
Days: Monday - Friday
Contract: 3/6 Months (+ongoing)
Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour
