Your tasks
* 1st and 2nd level telephone support for our customers and employees
* Installation of hardware and software at the customer's premises or via remote maintenance
* In-house support for client and server systems and peripherals
* Support and implementation of IT projects
* Administration of the infrastructure (VMware, network, Microsoft servers, SQL, DC, etc.)
* User support and administration (M365, AD, LIS, OE)
* Creation of documentation and work instructions
* Supporting the interfaces of external service providers
* Configuration, maintenance and further development of the systems
Your profile
* Completed vocational training in the field of IT, healthcare or similar
* Analytical thinking, independent and structured way of working
* Experience in the installation and setup of Windows and Linux systems
* Enjoy working in a team
* Flexibility and a high level of commitment
* Fluency in written and spoken German
