Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative
Location: Canterbury, Thanet
Type: Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £33,000 per annum, plus company van & fuel card

About the Role:
As a Multi Skilled Operative within our Dartford branch, the main duties will include replacing doors, handles, light fittings, and baths. You will be required to complete basic general repairs and minor plumbing and carpentry jobs. You will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities to NHS buildings.
Role Criteria:
* NVQ qualified in a minimum of one trade discipline, capable of undertaking works from the following selection:
o Carpentry & Joinery
o Plastering
o Plumbing
* Experience in various trade disciplines
* Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures
* Good written & verbal communication skills
* Team player with the ability to work alone
* Knowledge of working in a critical NHS setting would be beneficial but not essential
