Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join bpha’s In House Maintenance Service, who make a difference to our customer’s lives everyday by delivering a high-quality repairs service designed around them. We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers, but for our colleagues as well. We are looking for a Repairs and Voids Inspector to join our newly formed Small Works Team, and to be responsible for the inspection, specification, and ordering of repairs identified requiring technical knowledge to ensure a long-lasting repair solution is provided The inspections you complete should consider the impact of the repairs required on our customers experience of living within their home, and you are expected to proactively communicate with customers, ensuring they are aware of the next steps following your inspection and what to expect. What you will be doing: Responsible for contributing to the IHMS’s strong culture of health, safety, environment, and quality that can be evidenced, stands up to scrutiny and audit Carrying out a range of different inspections, ensuring that the repairs service delivered achieves good quality value for money repairs. Take responsibility for positively contributing to a highly motivated, empowered, and engaged team that work together to contribute towards delivering bpha’s vision and mission To ensure a customer-centric service is always delivered. Be responsible for contributing to a team who have a customer centric, right first-time culture.
