Job Posting Title: Senior Project Executive Req ID: 10106193 Job Description: About the Role & Team National Geographic CreativeWorks EMEA is looking for a Junior Project manager/Producer to manage partner content campaigns across NG platforms globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a busy, National Geographic CreativeWorks team. Mainly across the National Geographic digital and social platforms, managing the production of world class content and campaign deliverables for some of the most exciting brands in the world. What You Will Do We’re looking for a passionate team-player who can support and collaborate with the National Geographic Partners team of content strategists, global sales, production, talent management, editorial and distribution team and finance working across multiple markets and time zones. Required Qualifications & Skills You’ll have huge enthusiasm for storytelling across all platforms and channels with a specific focus on short form video, digital content (articles and galleries) and social promotion (Meta, YouTube). Good production experience working with internal and external production teams, managing the video and digital production process from commission to launch. You would be able to turn complex and often fluid information into achievable production plans that are able to deliver on brief, on time, on budget. You are both a team player and a self-starter, able to clearly communicate status of projects at any point both internally and externally with clients. Diligent with an extreme eye for detail, you will be organised, flexible and solutions focussed. You will have experience working with clients globally, with an acknowledgment of working in different time zones and be able to navigate often complex stakeholder frameworks. Able to handle tight production timelines and the impact of issues on delivery, while maintaining a calm influence over project internal and external stakeholders Additional information Support the Senior Production Manager on custom content across projects of various scope and scale, across multiple markets. Working with the account lead (ad sales), creative director, internal/external production teams, client services team and social teams to deliver the highest professionalism and customer service standards. Support with Talent management by work with internal NG teams to source and contract talent from the NG talent pool, and ensure talent deliverables are clearly defined and in line with project requirements. Create and manage all production documentation including budgets, status report, timelines, content briefs, publishing schedules. Work with creative teams throughout the content creation process to ensure content goals are met, client expectations managed, and our joint storytelling potential is realised Ensure all suppliers are contracted correctly and finance processes are fulfilled on time Ensuring all content is compliant and editorially aligned from concept to final asset You will have good experience within the client solutions division in another media organisation/publisher or full-service content agency Proven experience of delivering digital and social branded content campaigns from brief to launch. Strong understanding of advertising, digital media and the solution response process.
