We are excited to invite applications for the position of SEN Teaching Assistant at our thriving primary school in Crewe. Our school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and is committed to providing an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team in January 2024.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in helping children with Special Educational Needs reach their full potential. You will work closely with our teaching staff, providing tailored support for students both inside and outside the classroom. Your daily tasks will include assisting with lesson delivery, adapting resources, and supporting individual learning needs.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about helping children with SEN
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
- Patient, empathetic, and flexible in their approach
- Comfortable with both one-on-one support and group interventions
- Previous experience or a keen interest in SEN is an advantage, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
