The Pre 16 Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Pre 16 provision in its designated curriculum area at City of Portsmouth College. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Pre 16 provision at the College. Support the Assistant Principal -Student Experience by managing the Pre 16 cohort, working with key external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience and learner journey. Liaise with internal departments to ensure relevant support is in place for the Pre 16 provision including Learning Support and other wrap around support services. Monitor student progress and attendance, liaising with schools, parents/carers and external agencies as required. Lead upon and oversee progress, progression and intervention meetings in line with college policies. Deliver allocated tutorial sessions to ensure high-quality delivery of the College’s Personal Development Programme to the Pre 16 cohort. Contribute to a responsive and relevant curriculum offer working with the Assistant Principal -Student Experience (NH and HC). Continue to develop partnerships with schools and other key external stakeholders. Contribute to the promotion of all aspects of the curriculum area.
