My client based Teesside arelooking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent, part time basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Sage and ideally Xero, along with Microsoft Excel.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Purchase ledger
Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
Invoice queries
Posting payments
Banking
Reconciliations
Remittances
Supplier queries
Setting up customer accounts
Payroll cover
Payment runs
Nominal codes
CIS subcontractor payments
Credit cards
Multi currency - GBP/USD/Euro
