Full-time & Part-time Carers Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Care & Support Workers to provide daily assistance and support to individuals in their homes. Community Care & Support Workers will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at improving the quality of life and maximising independence for our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing and grooming Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary Manage and/or administer medication as per MAR charts and care plans Assist with moving & handling, ensuring the safety of clients during transfers Perform any other tasks as assessed and outlined in the individual care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all support provided Communicate effectively with clients, their families, management and other healthcare professionals Utilise Electronic Call Monitoring systems to accurately log visits and care activities.
