Summary and purpose of position
We have an exciting opportunity to work for our Segen customer in Medway. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team. You will be responsible for picking, packing, wrapping and strapping, ensuring the best quality possible.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 0600-1400 or 1400-2200
Salary: £25,958.40- £26,996.74 P/A

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Picking, inspecting and/or packing and recording to customers instructions using either electronic scanners or manual pick sheets.
2. Working in line with KPI’s for pick accuracy, pick rate and quality.
3. Be responsible for own as well as others Health and Safety while on site.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels.
5. Comfortable working in a pressurised environment and to tight deadlines
6. Attention to detail to ensure pick accuracy and quality
