Essentially, you will have a keen interest in science, and a minimum of a year's experience in project management as an Account Executive (or equivalent) within medical communications, and ideally, you will be educated to degree level. On a personal level, you’ll be proactive, friendly and optimistic and will have the demonstrated ability to take responsibility and prioritise your workload. You’ll also be a flexible team player, able to multi-task, thrive working in an energetic team, and enjoy working with people from all areas of the company on a day-to-day basis. Skills Proven experience in both meetings and publications within a medical communications agency for a minimum of 1 year Strong pharmaceutical client service management skills Good project and time management Effective delegation and prioritisation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Good financial tracking & business development skills Professional and mature attitude Desire to excel in all that they do Strong admin skills Proficiency in Veeva, iEnvision, Excel, PowerPoint We believe strongly that a happy team means a happy client.
